A Friendlier Functional Beverage

Heywell Brand Creation

Naming • Brand Identity • Packaging • Visual Identity • Brand Standards

As the functional beverage category became increasingly crowded with brands focused on performance, wellness often felt clinical and inaccessible. The founders saw an opportunity to make functional wellness more approachable, shifting the conversation from self-improvement to everyday support through a brand experience that felt simple, enjoyable, and human.

We worked with the founders to disrupt the category by creating heywell, a functional beverage brand built around optimism, accessibility, and ease. The name combines a friendly greeting with a positive wellness cue, inviting everyone to enjoy a life well lived. This philosophy informed the holistic identity system, from its conversational voice to its benefit-led packaging. The soft pastel palette, intuitive navigation, and approachable typography simplified product selection while bringing warmth and personality to the category. The result positioned heywell as the welcoming choice in functional wellness.
